Delta Hotels Toronto

My fiancé and I came from Ottawa for the Auto Show - we chose this hotel because we knew it was close by and looked great! I didn’t realize it was attached to the convention centre itself and union through the tunnel system. The location is perfect and makes getting around a breeze. Besides the location, our stay was so seamless from start to finish. Easy check in, the staff was so friendly, our room was beautiful and immaculate. We stayed in the Deluxe 1 King Corner Room and the views were unreal! We ate at the SOCO cafe, and it was delicious! We’ve found a new go to spot. Definitely recommend giving Delta a try if you haven’t already.

We had a great stay here for 2 nights. The location was perfect with short walking distance to most places. This room was very clean and had plenty of room. The bed was super comfortable (even better than the Fairmont ;0)....we would stay here again. All the staff were wonderful and very accomodating. The only thing I would change is the shower - the wand style shower isnt the best and we had no hot water on our last day.

Great experience overall and definitely would stay her agian in a heartbeat. This Delta Hotel is definitely few steps above other Delta Hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are modern but super cozy and very comfortable. The service is responsive. The lounge for Elite members is well stocked, the food is actually good, and you can easily have something quick to satisfy your hunger. Also, hotel actually recognizes Bonvoy Elite status and makes you feel welcome, not just in empty words, but actual benefits. You can't beat location as well, steps from Union Station, CN Tower and Roger's Center as well Scotiabank Arena. So definitely a great spot if you are visiting town for a game or a concert. The hotel has also direct access to the PATH, which during cold Toronto winters is super helpful, as you can go to many places without stepping outside. A strong recommendation!!

Stayed at the Delta for a quick weekend trip to Toronto. The service was excellent, staff allowed us to check in about half an hour early. On checkout day, I asked about the best way to get to the airport (taxi vs. Uber) during rush hour, and the staff kindly went out of their way and arranged a private vehicle, which was very convenient. The hotel lobby was spacious and bright, right next to the CN Tower. It’s also directly connected to the PATH, which was especially helpful in the −15°C weather. The PATH connection was labelled, but a bit hard to find at first - staff were quick to assist. We stayed in a two-queen room with a view of the lake. The room wasn’t the fanciest, but it was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The furniture and washroom felt a bit outdated, though still well-maintained. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or restaurant, but overall I would stay here again for the great service and excellent location.

I have stayed at many intercontinental locations and this one is beautiful. I unfortunately had a change in plans and needed to re book but I was being given the run around by quite a few concierge and a manager! Eventually I connected with Ms.CHRISTIE and she updated my reservation and listened and understood my unforeseen circumstances! She was kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her more that you know. She is a great Concierge!

We enjoyed our stay at Delta Hotels Toronto. This was a great location and we were able to walk everywhere! The room was great, the view was beautiful, and it was very clean. We had a stain on the pillow, probably something that just doesn't come out in the wash, but they replaced it quickly and brought extra up to our room. I also appreciated that they let us check in early at no extra cost. The one thing I was a little disappointed in was our charges did not match what I booked. There were some extra fees added on.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! My family and I went on a trip to Toronto from the US to celebrate New Year’s Eve and requested a room with a view of the lake to the watch the NYE fireworks display with our 3 year old. We were upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a perfect location, one block away from the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and the sports stadiums. It is also connected to the PATH which is extremely convenient in the winter. Union Station is also about a 10 minute walk through the PATH. The lounge for Marriott Platinum members and higher is located on the 46th floor with views of the CN tower and the waterfront. Breakfast in the lounge is also among the best complimentary options I’ve had at a hotel; with fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and hot breakfast items that are cooked from scratch, not pre-packaged. The all day coffee and espresso machine was also clutch. The hotel gym is also massive, EXTREMELY clean and even has headphones provided if you accidentally forget yours. If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I would. Highly recommend Delta Hotels Toronto!
